Special Provisions for Proprietary Software Applications

Equa (Personal Finance App):Equa operates on a strict zero cloud surveillance architecture. 100% of your personal financial accounts, journal entries, category budgets, and net worth records are stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database. Thrive IT Solutions does not maintain remote servers containing your financial data.
LedgerBuddy (POS & SME Accounting):LedgerBuddy is architected offline-first. Daily sales transactions, customer khatas, inventory balances, and barcode data reside directly on your local Windows PC or Android hardware. Cloud synchronization operates only when explicitly configured and authenticated by the license owner.
OrderBuddy (Courier Dispatch Automation):Courier API credentials (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast, RedX API tokens) and customer delivery manifests are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted exclusively over HTTPS directly to authorized courier gateway endpoints.
